Annual Justice System Ramadan Dinner is a community-building event taking place on March 13, 2026 at 6 pm, hosted by the Islamic Restoration Society – IRES. This special Ramadan dinner brings together leaders of Islamic organizations, and justice system representatives, to foster meaningful dialogue, strengthen relationships, and build unity across sectors. Through shared meals and facilitated discussions, we aim to address the growing number of Muslim individuals involved in the criminal justice system and explore collaborative ways to support rehabilitation, reintegration, and community wellbeing.
This inclusive evening will celebrate cultural and spiritual connection, highlight the importance of mutual understanding, and reinforce our collective commitment to a more supportive and cohesive Calgary neighborhood.
